A prominent legal consulting firm invited us to partner with them on a leadership development. journey for their mid-to-senior teams. While their people brought deep expertise, they were looking to strengthen core skills that would help them navigate today’s changing corporate landscape.

I facilitated a series of modules under the leadership effectiveness umbrella, including Influencing without Authority, Emotional Intelligence, Executive Presence, and Communication Basics. Each session was designed to be experiential, blending real-world examples, role plays, and reflective discussions to keep the learning practical and personal. The Net Promoter Score came in at 80+, sign not just of satisfaction, but of meaningful change.

For a multi-country donor platform, we partnered on a coaching program for mid-senior professionals navigating new roles in their fast-paced, mission-driven start-up.
